Stanton Mobile Clinic is headed to Rexburg, ID

REXBURG – The Stanton Healthcare Mobile Unit (big purple bus) will join other businesses and organizations at the Experience Rexburg event on Saturday, Sept. 21, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., located at South Center Street in Rexburg.

Stanton Healthcare is a non-profit organization that provides “free services to clients experiencing an unexpected pregnancy and gives care to women and men as they navigate pregnancy and parenthood.”

They also “assist those who may be struggling emotionally or physically from previous abortion or pregnancy loss.” The organization’s website states that “every woman deserves access to quality care and compassionate alternatives to abortion.” (see thestantonproject.org)

The Madison County Republican Women’s Club is sponsoring the Stanton Mobile Healthcare Unit in hopes that members of the community and BYU-Idaho will become more educated and involved in speaking up for the unborn.

Stanton Healthcare believes “that all life is created with intrinsic value.” Pastor Jason is one of many ecclesiastical leaders who volunteers his time and will be driving the “Purple Bus” from Boise to Rexburg to inform the Rexburg community what they have accomplished and how to get involved in eastern Idaho.

Stanton Healthcare had its beginnings with Brandi Swindell, who started Stanton International in 2006. In 2012, the organization opened a new medical clinic located next door to Planned Parenthood in Boise, and, in 2013, the first Stanton Mobile Unit hit the road, serving rural and immigrant communities around Idaho.

Stanton has affiliates in Southern California, Detroit, MI, and Belfast, Northern Ireland. More recently, Stanton International now runs another medical clinic directly across the parking lot from Planned Parenthood’s mega abortion facility in Meridian.

Stanton’s Meridian Clinic serves as the organization’s flagship clinic and affiliate training center. Their international mission is to be in direct competition with abortion clinics worldwide.
