Stanton Victorious in Planned Parenthood Lawsuit

This picture. This picture of our Stanton moms and babies with our founder, Brandi Swindell, on our Meridian property, taken right after a pastor’s luncheon at Grace Chapel next door, was submitted in a deposition by Planned Parenthood as evidence that Stanton was harassing women. It turns out that we were the ones being harassed by a lawsuit that was as absurd as it was antagonistic.

Well over a year ago Planned Parenthood sued Stanton Healthcare for providing quality healthcare to women through our Mobile Clinic at our Meridian property. This unjust lawsuit was just another classic example of the intimidation tactics of the abortion giant. But Stanton was not to be bullied into submission, nor were we caught off guard by their baseless claims. Many of our moms come to us as victims of harassment and abuse. We stood strong to set an example for them. We stood strong for them. We stood strong for their babies. 

This past Tuesday an Idaho judge dismissed the harassing lawsuit against Stanton!!! Justice has prevailed. 

Stanton would like to give a special thank you to Americans United for Life and Attorney Matt Williams for their legal aid and counsel. We would also like to thank you, our supporters, for standing with us in solidarity and prayer during this time. We give God the glory for this victory!

The news of our victory is already gaining national traction. Brandi was recently featured in an article in Pregnancy Help News. 

“We are professional, we are medical, we uphold the dignity of women,” Swindell said. “We provide women with compassionate, quality care, and we make ourselves available and accessible. That’s the point of being near a Planned Parenthood—you go to where the women are, so they can have true choice and true options.”
